Good photos make better connections. These guidelines apply to both profile photos and Vibe screenshots. Breaking them may result in content removal or account suspension.
Profile Photos
- Clear, recent photos that show the real you
- At least one photo with your face clearly visible
- Solo photos, selfies, travel shots, lifestyle photos
- Group photos where you're clearly identifiable (no minors)
- Well-lit, unfiltered (or lightly filtered) images
Prohibited Content
Nudity & Sexual Content
No nude, semi-nude, sexually explicit, or suggestive photos.
Children & Minors
No photos of, featuring, or focused on children or minors in any context. Minimal is 18+ only. Any CSAM will be immediately removed and reported to authorities.
Violence & Weapons
No images of violence, weapons, blood, injuries, threatening gestures, or content encouraging dangerous behaviour.
Fake & Misleading Photos
No photos of other people, celebrities, AI-generated faces, deepfakes, heavily altered images, or outdated photos that misrepresent your appearance.
Hate & Illegal Content
No hate symbols, extremist imagery, drug use, illegal activity, or discriminatory content.
Personal Information
No phone numbers, email addresses, home or work addresses, social media handles, or identity documents (passport, driving licence, national ID, etc.).
Commercial Content
No ads, QR codes, business logos, influencer promotions, or product marketing.
Private Content
No screenshots of chats, other users' profiles, or photos taken without consent.
Screenshot Guidelines
When uploading screenshots for your Vibe profile:
Upload
- Your own social media feeds, explore pages, saved collections
- Music apps, reading lists, mood boards, app home screens
Don't Upload
- Screenshots with nudity, violence, or illegal content
- Screenshots showing children or minors
- Screenshots with personal info (passwords, banking, addresses)
- Fake, doctored, or someone else's screenshots
Our AI processes screenshots to build your personality profile. Raw files are deleted immediately after processing.
Moderation
We use AI and human review to enforce these guidelines. We may remove content, request identity verification, suspend accounts, or permanently ban repeat offenders — without prior notice. Illegal content will be reported to law enforcement.
